external assessments and objective criteria. Dive deep into the components of quality, encompassing recipe, packaging, and
processes, and chart the path to achieve and exceed these standards.
* Leadership: Work alongside senior management and key stakeholders to align quality initiatives with our strategic priorities.
You'll be instrumental in establishing a new Quality Council, fostering a culture where quality and compliance are distinct yet
harmonious, with a sharp focus on innovation.
* Structure and Accountability: Differentiate between standard compliance and genuine quality improvement. Help identify and
champion quality leaders within our business, and play a key role in establishing Centres of Excellence.
* Investment: Assess our current quality capabilities and advocate for enhancements. Drive investments in learning, development,
and technology to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
* Change Management: Elevate our quality standards through effective change management strategies, ensuring a holistic approach
to product and category development. Keep a pulse on market trends and customer feedback to continually refine and improve our
offerings.

What We're Looking For Ideally:

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent NPD role experience.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving expertise.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
* Experience in managing budgets and implementing complex projects.
* Deep understanding of quality standards and practices in food manufacturing.
* A dynamic leader who embodies innovation, strategic thinking, and has a genuine passion for food quality.
