An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ex-cellar & Supply Planning Co-ordinator to join our vibrant Supply Planning department
. You will be responsible for maintaining our very high standards of inbound logistics while always looking at ways to improve.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing our inbound logistics, ensuring efficient processes and fostering strong relationships with
our suppliers and transporters.
About the role
* Management of Liberty Wines, including its subsidiaries, ex-cellars transactions
* Establish effective communication channels with suppliers and customer’s transporters
* Process Ex-cellar invoices processing & handle electronic data interchange (EDI) procedures
* Monitor outstanding orders and ensure accurate status updates and delivery dates
* Verify Supplier and transporter invoice and proforma
* Manage purchase order deliveries
* Liaison with bonded and duty paid warehouses and transporters
* Maintain records and ensure discrepancy control of Goods In
* Handle all documentation related to the shipment of wines, beers and spirits in the UK and Ireland
* Monitoring of transporters KPIs and rates
* Provide assistance to supply planners as required
* Manage the customers' public bond inbound orders
About you
* Excellent attention to detail, to ensure precision in tasks.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholders
* Process driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Numerate and computer literate including advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
* Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts, colleagues at every level and external suppliers.
* Knowledge of other European languages would be advantageous
What you can expect
Salary is dependent on experience with the following:
* 25 days holiday excluding public holidays increasing after 2 years’ service
