Summary

We are looking for a Time & Attendance (DAS) SME who will be responsible for bringing in-depth knowledge of time and attendance management principles, methodologies, and best practices on this exciting new People Services Transformation project. About the role

First Bus is currently undergoing a significant People Services Transformation, focusing on integrating HRIS & Payroll systems and streamlining processes. The Time & Attendance (DAS) SME will play a pivotal role in providing expertise in time and attendance management, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of the DAS (Digital Attendance System) within the transformation project.

Role Responsibilities

As the Time & Attendance (DAS) SME, your role is essential in optimizing attendance data, ensuring alignment with project goals, and enhancing overall workforce management. Your responsibilities will be. but not limited to:

-Serve as the subject matter expert in time and attendance management, specifically focusing on the DAS within the People Services Transformation project.

-Collaborate with project teams to define and document time and attendance requirements and expectations.

-Provide guidance on the configuration, customization, and implementation of the DAS to meet business needs.

-Ensure the alignment of attendance data with project goals and business objectives.

-Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of time and attendance principles among project teams.

-Monitor and report on DAS performance, identifying areas for improvement.

-Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the DAS with other HRIS & Payroll systems effectively.

Experience & Knowledge

-Can you demonstrate what level of experience you possess as a time and attendance management subject matter expert, with a focus on DAS?

-What level of in-depth knowledge of time and attendance management principles, methodologies, and best practices have you demonstrated in your previous role?

-Do you have experience in configuring and customizing time and attendance systems, specifically DAS?

-Are you familiar with HRIS & Payroll systems and their integration with time and attendance functionalities?
