We are looking for someone that wants to join our fast-growing team, believes in great customer service, and is committed to
delivering the high level of performance Reception UK are known for.
Daily Duties include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors/tenants/contractors
* Phone enquiries
* Administrative duties i.e. using excel/outlook
* Receiving post and delivering to tenants (not heavy packages)
* Logging/creating new access control cards
* Accident/incident reporting to LSH
* Keeping LSH updated at all times
Individual requirements:
* Experience as a receptionist or in customer service
* Professional presented, self-confident and courteous at all times
* Good health and safety knowledge & sense of work ethic
* Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail
* Good intermediate computer literacy
* Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
* Must have a SIA licence
