What will I be responsible for as a Leisure Club Assistant?

As a Leisure Club Assistant, you will support in providing a successful Health & Fitness offering to members and guests, promoting and supporting behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living. You will keep the club in a tidy, clean and presentable condition at all times, ensuring that our offer meets our HOME promise and supports the achievement of all brand and company metrics and objectives.

Is this Leisure Club Assistant role right for me?

You will be motivated and confident with the ability to see how the details matter; making constant, small changes to make your club the best it can be. Most importantly though, you will love building rapport with your guests and understanding their motivations and offering support.
