We are head hunting for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for our client. This award-winning company is located in the village of Litton Cheney, Dorchester so own transport will be required. Now is the time to join and show your skills. Working in a key area of the production packing, you will ensure the teams follow the correct procedures, leading by example. Delivering SOP’s, CCP’s and KPI’s. Reporting to other departments through team meetings to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
You will have:
• Ideally have knowledge and experience gained in operating within a food manufacturing environment
• People Management Training
• Awareness of LEAN principles
• Level 3 Food Hygiene
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Build and maintain relationships
• Able to analyse and use data to problem solve
• Good attention to detail and quality driven
