We are head hunting for a PRODUCTION LINE LEADERS (PACKING) for our client. This award-winning company is located in the village of Litton Cheney, Dorchester so own transport will be required. Now is the time to join and show your skills. Working in a key area of the production packing, you will encourage and support the teams to meet deadlines. Ensuring the safe production, storage, receipt and despatch of product. Focusing on KPI delivery, following a production plan, monitoring line outputs, updating SIC boards and discussing downtime, shortages and other relevant issues with the supervisor.
You will have:
• Able to work in a role that has physical demands
• Forklift Certificate (for relevant areas)
• Competent in use of computers - Microsoft software packages
• Food Hygiene – Level 2 and 3
• Awareness of LEAN principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
