About the role.




As our Project Delivery Manager, you are all about crafting exceptional experiences for our clients.

You'll be the driving force behind the seamless management and delivery of our projects and ad-hoc campaigns across paid and
organic social platforms.

Your main goal? Making sure every piece of work we produce not only meets but surpasses our clients' expectations. That means
you'll be the one building strong client relationships, guiding our talented team at Hydrogen, and ensuring every project runs
like clockwork from start to finish!




What you can expect day-to-day.



* Crafting detailed creative briefs that capture client expectations and resonate with target audiences.
* Collaborating with various teams within the agency; design, production, content, insights, and performance - to ensure projects
are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
* Partnering closely with Account Directors or client leads to craft compelling responses to client briefs aligned with their
objectives.
* Coordinating with department heads to efficiently allocate resources for project needs.
* Overseeing the entire process—from planning to implementation to tracking and measurement—of marketing projects.
* Creating and managing project plans and timelines.
* Serving as the primary contact for clients throughout project lifecycles, fostering long-term relationships and repeat
business.
* Managing project budgets from start to finish.
* Providing regular reports on campaign performance and offering recommendations to clients, including web analysis and KPI
evaluation.
* Translating client briefs or business challenges into internal briefs, aligning business problems with social marketing
objectives.
* Playing a significant role in the discovery phase, ensuring thorough questioning to align client goals with proposed activities
in content and advertising.
* Leading or contributing to pitch and proposal creation for individual projects.
* Assisting with accurate invoicing for all activities.
* Generating case studies for projects with exceptional results to support pitches, website content, and potential award
submissions.
* Offering support and coaching to junior team members to aid their professional growth.




Who you are.




Our ideal candidate will need a strong combination of communication and organisational skills - as well as a background in a
creative or digital marketing agency coupled with project management experience.




You’ll also need:




* To be comfortable working with different clients at the same time.
* Confidence with client interaction
* An impeccable eye for detail
* A good understanding of paid and organic social as well as the wider digital marketing mix and channels
