With this continued growth we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team based from our Rutherglen, Glasgow office.

What are the main responsibilities of the Project Coordinator?

This role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day project coordination work allocated by the senior personnel. Ensuring that projects are executed, reported on, and completed efficiently in accordance with delivery timescales and processes. You will drive the project forward, document processes, update systems, solve problems, troubleshoot issues and escalate issues to the Project Delivery Manager/ Project Manager.

What are the key duties and responsibilities?

Assist more senior personnel with tasks as allocated. Be responsible for management of a project budget as necessary, to ensure that all data and documentation is produced in a timely and accurate manner. Running project trackers (planning and commercial). Support the project teams, as necessary, to ensure that all data and documentation is produced in a timely and accurate manner. Provide day to day administration support to the field-based project staff. Write up short reports, capture progress data and distribute as per project requirements;

What does our ideal candidate look like ?

Our ideal candidate will display the following skills & experience and be a motivated individual who can work to their own initiative and assist the team. A quick learner as training will be given. If available some one that has Site Tracker or Coupa experience is desired but not essential. Maintain clear and concise records in accordance with company procedures. Timely invoicing. Uses own initiative to organise the work of others, co-ordinate with suppliers and communicate with site providers for site access requirements. Accurately capture data presented from field based staff on project progress. To liaise and co-ordinate with different departments, (and contractors and customers, as necessary) ensuring that all information is distributed and recorded in the agreed manner
