Summary
Lowther Gardens Cafe in Lytham are recruting for an Apprentice Hospitality Team Member. The sucessful candidate wll wokr towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
Hospitality side:
• Taking orders
• Till work
• Serving food and beverages
• Cleaning tables
• Customer Service
• Support in opening and closing of the café
Catering:
• Learn to and undertake daily baking of products
• Food prep and production
Requirements:
• 7.5 hour/ 8 hour day - 4-5 days a week - depends on applicant, time of year, progress etc
• Work Sunday but have every Saturday off
• Reliable
• Presentable
• Good Hygiene
• Polite
Grades:
No formal qualifications required.
