Summary
New Guilderoy Hotel in Blackpool are recruiting for an Apprentice Hospitality Team Member. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
• Housekeeping
• Food handling, preparation, cooking and storage
• Food and beverage service, including serving alcoholic beverages
• Guest services, reception, processing payments
Requirements:
• Communication skills
• Team working skills
• Willing to learn
• Presentable
Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, earliest start 8am & latest finish 9pm. Maximum 30 hours per week
