Summary
Cargo Movers in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Freight Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service which will take approximately 17 months to complete.
Duties:
• Dealing with inbound calls, answering and responding to queries via email
• Learn whole Booking process and get involved through the entire Cargo Movers customer's journey
• Support team members
• General administration
• Grow to become a key member of the team and for the customers
Requirements:
• Great attitude
• Driving License required due to location
Grades:
• Minimum of 5/C in maths and English
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm / 1 hour lunch / 37.5 hours per week
