Recruitment Coordinator

Contract Type - Permanent
39 hours per week

Employment Type - Full Time

The Recruitment Hub is based in fantastic rooftop offices in our beautiful Clermont Charing Cross Hotel. Looking after all things recruitment, we take care of all 17 hotels, along with our central support services.

With 3 exciting Brands to showcase - Thistle Hotels, The Clermont Hotels and our lifestyle property, The Cumberland, we have opportunities to grow and develop for everyone interested in a great future in hospitality!

The Role

* In conjunction with the Resourcing team, understand and assist in recruiting for need areas in hotels

* Ensure all recruitment platforms are used effectively, and the applicant journey is excellent

* Log system queries to escalate to ATS

* Produce recruitment materials that enhance Clermont Hotel Group brand

* Be a point of contact for recruitment queries

* Collate candidate feedback to understand recruitment challenges (why candidates decline offers etc)

* Assist with Job Centre bookings and ensuring hiring managers are booked/briefed with all session details

* Assist when needed, with interviewing candidates and Student Internships

* Be the gatekeeper for our social media channels, and use to supplement job board advertising and engage with potential candidates - in line with social media recruitment plans

* Attend networking events to promote our company/roles

* Actively seek out new opportunities to attract candidates to our company

* Work with Engagement & Comms Manager and Resourcing team in promoting/attending company recruitment-based activities

* Participate in creating the annual recruitment plan

* Understands all aspects of the recruitment life cycle

* Skilled in networking

* Articulate and credible with both hiring managers and external candidates

* Naturally curious and always looking externally for best practice ideas and opportunities

* Good written and numerical skills

* Social media savvy and able to identify and create engaging content
