Summary

We are looking to appoint Enrichment Coordinators across our campuses. This will be a group role and will require travel between two campuses.Reporting to the Lead Pastoral Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support and enrichment programmes for college students. Your duties will include supervising social areas, supporting and being involved in the development and delivery of Enrichment programmes of recreation and social education and ensuring the equal participation of all members of the student body in youth and community work activities in conjunction with the and Enrichment team. You should have the ability to develop a wide programme of social education and a recreational programme that reflects the needs and interests of students. You should also have a knowledge and understanding of the cultural backgrounds and interests of students at the College, skills in working with individuals and groups and the ability to support the team.
