Summary


An exciting opportunity has become available at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust for an enthusiastic and qualified person to take on the role as a Departmental Secretary within a busy Radiology Department.

Please note that this is a part time contract to work 18.75 hours per week.

The post holder will be expected to provide an efficient, comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Radiology Service across all three sites. Key responsibilities for the post holder include:
• Provide secretarial services to the Department of Radiology and generate Medical Reports.
• Liaise with other Departments across the Trust.
• Answer telephone enquiries and takes appropriate action.
• Maintain records. (departmental lists / audits / filing / patient letters/ attendance
• Registers)
• Organise training and education on behalf of the Department or Trust
• Facilitate the communication/instructions between the staff within Radiology Department and outside.
• Take minutes at meetings, including HR meetings as and when required.
• Involvement in Training Programme Director work.
