Summary

We have two vacancies which have arisen within the Property Services Team for a Property Repairs Labourer. We are looking for a person to join the House Clearance Team and another to join our Groundworks Team. Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate their labouring skills along with knowledge and experience across a variety of building trades including roofing, carpentry, brickwork, grounds work, drainage and house clearance.

The successful candidate will be able to work easily as a part of a team and using their own initiative when required. Being polite, courteous and presentable is essential to ensure the customer is delighted with the service provided.

You should be able to work to a very high standard and at an acceptable pace to ensure the customer receives the quality service they expect from our team. A strong focus on health and safety will be always maintained.

The Property Services Team carries out works under the following trades and the ideal candidate will be proficient in at least several of these:


• Plumbing / drainage
• Carpentry
• Glazing
• Brickwork / paving / concreting / fencing
• Flooring / tiling

• Fencing
• Plastering
• Painting & decorating
• Roofing / guttering
• House clearance
• Loft Insulation


The working week consists of 37hrs (Monday – Friday) with flexibility to work overtime to meet specific demands.

Basic IT skills will be required for this role although in house training will be provided.

Applicants are required to provide their own basic tools for this position and a full valid UK driving license is essential.
