The key purpose of the Leadership, Management and Coaching Team is to deliver non-clinical training and development pathways for employees across the Trust. This will support progressive development for a number of careers to meet workforce priorities, the overall objectives of the Trust, and the People, and Education strategy.

You will be joining the Leadership, Management and Coaching Team which sits within Education and HR. The Leadership, Management and Coaching Team launched a new leadership framework offer 18 months ago and this role will support the team to deliver the courses and programmes encompassed within this.

You will be providing administration support for non-clinical development programmes. You will be working across Bristol & Weston sites to support with the administration on learning and development programmes, including engaging with staff and managers who are working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

The role will support non-clinical development that meets the Trust’s broad range of employees & build a transparent inclusive pathway leading to both recognised qualifications such as apprenticeship programmes and internal standalone training.

The role will report to the Leadership, Management & Coaching Manager, and work closely with the Leadership, Management & Coaching facilitators & Lead.

Communicating and presenting information:
• Communicating and building relationships with a wide group of learners and stakeholders across various roles and divisions to understand and meet leadership and management development needs
• Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, managing the team inbox, email and face to face enquiries; providing relevant information and advice on training programmes and dealing with problems and queries
• Writing clear communications including emails to learners and managers, newsletters, and other formats
• Acting as a role model and ambassador of education which promotes the reputation of the Trust as a beacon of outstanding learning
• Communicating with System partners and other NHS bodies to ensure collaborative working and maximisation of resources

Team working and collaboration:
• Providing support and advice (where appropriate) to other members of the team
• Building relationships with the divisional and corporate teams to increase awareness and engagement with our offer
• Supporting and collaborating with the wider Education, Organisational Development andPeople teams towards the achievement of priorities and the People and Education strategies
• Co-ordination, attending and contributing at meetings, networks and other groups as appropriate
• Supporting the Leadership, Management and Coaching Lead and Manager both with current development programmes and new initiatives
