- Part time, 30 hours a week – temporary with the view to make permanent if the position develops
- Shifts: Weekdays: 7.30am – 7pm, Weekends: 9.30am – 2.30pm

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the day to day operations of a Premier Shop and Take Out Costa
- Restock and replenish all merchandise
- Clean and tidy the Front and Back of House areas as per cleaning schedules
- Keep due diligence records accurate and up to date
- Cash handling and cashing up procedures
- Light cooking (paninis, toasties etc.) Make and serve hot beverages
- Help complete monthly stock takes
- Report any breakages, out of date stock etc.
Experience
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided!
- Must be a great team player
- Must be able to work in all areas of the business (including kitchen and bar duties)
- Transport required (remote area with limited transport)
- DBS check required
