Summary
We are looking for a level 3 qualified early years practitioner to join our passionate team to support the education, care and learning of children aged 0-4 years.
You will work alongside a team of caring, and passionate staff that deliver opportunities of learning through play across are 3 different age groups.
You will have a key group of children to support to meet their milestones, and to build on their ever growing learning journey with us here at Top Tots. We pride ourselves on our parent partnership, and work closely with each family at our setting.
Staff receive full training on areas of development including: safeguarding, SEND, first aid, food hygiene, health & safety and fire safety. We pride ourselves on staff development and support each member of the team in their professional development.
Staff will:
Plan create and implement activities that are reflected on to engage and encourage children to meet their milestones.
Develop and maintain strong parent/carer relationships.
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding.
