Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Works Co-ordinator. As a Works Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efficient and timely completion of various projects and tasks within our organization.
In this role, you will work closely with different departments to ensure that projects are properly planned, executed, and delivered according to set deadlines. You will also be responsible for allocating resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule projects according to established deadlines
Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact project delivery
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
Implement and maintain project management tools and systems
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in project management software and tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £17.00
