Summary

Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Service Manager to join our Supported Living Team in Reading.

About the Role

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Reading Supported Living Service which compromises of support in the community and within a shared house.

Your day to day will include:

• Supporting Care teams to ensure they have everything they need to complete their duties
• Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
• Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is being delivered
• Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and other key activities
• Liaising with clients and their families to ensure they are happy with the service the receive
• Managing your office team
• Ensuring all CQC requirements are met
• Working with our Operational Team to ensure continued development and growth of the service we provide in the local community.

About You

We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about delivering high standards of quality care that we would all want our own families to receive. You would have at least 2 years experience in the Health & Social Care Sector with previous Management Experience particularly with in a Supported Living Setting as well as ideally working towards your NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care or already gaining the level 5 qualification.
