Summary
Overview: This is an opportunity for a CTO to join a start-up. We are looking for someone who is interested in ownership and building from scratch of a technology company, which will create an integrated platform for servicing mobile and SaaS based clients.

Key responsibilities.
- Manage the development team.
- Define the technology stack.
- Manage operations.
- Prototype greenfield projects.
- Work closely with the first founder to pilot and represent the company.
- Define the future of technology with the business.
Skills required of the CTO
- Integrity and ability to commit to a cause.
- Experience leading a team (desirable but not essential).
- Experience working with web based software.
- Experience working with mobile based software.
- Experience of growth management.
- Managing budgets.
- Interviewing.
- Working with recruitment partners.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
