About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Operative.
Our organisation is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across our main depot and supported radar
sites.



Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities. Key
responsibilities include conducting due diligence and compliance checks for Legionella, Sprinkler Systems, and Generators.
Additionally, you will assist the team with general duties and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering workshop area.



Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct weekly readings of water temperatures.
* Perform tests on Sprinkler and Generator systems.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels in the Engineering workshop.
* Assist Engineers with manual tasks as needed.
* Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the Engineering workshop.
* Collaborate with staff across all departments, promoting a positive and proactive work environment.
* Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures consistently.



A Few Things About You

We don't require specific qualifications for this role however, any previous experience in statutory due diligence compliance
would be considered advantageous. We believe that the right attitude and a commitment to hard work are key attributes for success
in this position as well as-

* Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
* Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and commitment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic IT skills (Email, Word, and Excel).
* Strong organisational skills.
* Hold a valid UK driving license.
