Summary
South Indian breads chef is responsible for the production of a wide variety of breads. The position not only requires unique skills in production methods of specialized bread. It also involves checking the quality of the ingredients to ensure a certain standard. It iS a position that requires highly specialized skills for this specific area of the kitchen. Moreover the chef would be directly involved in the production of food.
