Kitchen Assistant Location: Spencer Court, Woodstock, Oxfordshire Pay rate: £12.13 per hour, weekend and NVQ enhancements available Contracted hours: 16 Hours per week Shift pattern: 7:00am - 2:00pm and 8:00am - 3:00pm (Working Alternate Weekends) ABOUT THE ROLE We’re currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join our passionate, hard-working and friendly catering team.As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for helping to prepare the meals, snacks and drinks for residents within the guidelines set by the Home Manager and Chef / Cook. You will understand and promote the philosophy of choice rights and fulfilment for all residents. You will get to know the residents and understand their likes and dislikes to ensure that they enjoy their dining experience. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes. Spencer Court is situated a stone's throw from historic Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, in the charming town of Woodstock.
