We’re currently recruiting for Sales Support Person to work alongside a team of Account Managers, assisting in many varied tasks associated with a busy sales office.

No previous experience is required and full training will be given!

Your day-to-day task a Sales Support include:


- communicating with suppliers and customers (via phone and emails)
- creating quotes
- processing sales and purchase orders
- uploading data to trading platforms
- providing holiday cover to the freight department
- extensive use of MS Windows apps (Excel in particular)


We’re looking for candidates with:


- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- an ability to work well in a team
- excellent organisational & time management skills
- an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- a fluent second language would be an advantage in the role but is not essential.


What’s on the offer?


- Full time, but not excessive working hours offering good work-life balance:

Mon – Thurs 08:30 – 16:30, Fri 08:30 – 15:00
