Summary
***36 Hours a week***
The scope of work will include Contract development for services:
Highways Maintenance Management and Public Realm Projects (Reactive, Routine Maintenance, PPM Carriageway and Footway, Public? Realm, Drainage and PPM)
Reactive, Routine, PPM Public Lighting Maintenance Management, Electrical & Mechanical Services
Bridges & Structures – Maintenance and Improvements?(Retaining walls,?underpasses,?statues) Reactive, Routine and PPM.
Compliance and Audit Services:
-Professional Services – Project Management, Asset Management, Security Schemes.
-Provision of NEC contract development & management training for WCC employees participating in Highways contract re-procurement, including best practice in contract evaluation.
-Project Management Support for procurement process including Procurement Strategy Development, Project governance, Competitive Dialogue Negotiations,
Lead on Evaluation of Tender submissions
-The work can be undertaken at whatever location is deemed most suitable although the consultant will be expected to attend the Council Offices to attend meetings as and when required.
