Develop and implement processes for the monitoring of patient pathways ensuring women and babies receive screening tests and follow-up as appropriate from the right person, in the right place, within 25% of their individual intended schedule for follow up.

Develop audit systems to identify errors which can result in the screening of pregnant women or babies being delayed in their testing or lost to follow up.

Responsibility for the use and maintenance of the database for all women and babies under the care of the maternity services for the purpose of timeliness in testing (failsafe) with appropriate escalation to ANNB screening coordinator.

Responsibility for the use and maintenance of the database for all patients under the care of the maternity services ensuring all referrals for antenatal screening are seen within the specified time (urgent and routine) and all clinical screening interventions are logged.
