Summary


As a senior administrator you will be providing high quality administrative support to clinical services within ECP. This may require processing referrals and requires the post holder to provide a range of administrative duties to support delivery of team objectives. To provide day to day supervision for all Administrators within the team, and to support prioritisation and delegation of work duties accordingly. Liaising with service users, carers, health professionals and team members, the post holder will ensure that an efficient, high standard of communication is carried out at all times. To collate and present activity data for service and management meetings and for monthly and ad hoc statistical returns.

The role involves day-to-day supervision and annual appraisals, managing staff performance and development, handling inquiries and providing information, processing referrals, maintaining databases, archiving records, arranging meetings, typing clinical letters, liaising with health partners, coordinating clinics, managing supplies, and undertaking other tasks as needed.
