About the Job

Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. You’ll have an important part to play in automotive
success that spans nearly 50 years. Unipart Logistics (UL) has secured a contract to run the new, custom-built Jaguar Land Rover
Global Parts Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire. The operation is housed at Jaguar Land Rover’s new Mercia Park
campus, one of the largest UK warehouse developments for a single customer. We would like you to join us now!

Here at Unipart we don’t just have a way of working, we have The Unipart Way. It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own
personal and professional goals to a world class level, through Unipart's ‘From Gate to Great’ training and development program.

As a Transport Reporting Analyst, you will develop, maintain and control the data and reporting databases covering inbound and
outbound shipments for Jaguar Land Rover, to and from Mercia Park.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

* Be responsible for the timely coordination of the inbound and outbound movement of parts across the world to and from our
Mercia Park site via land, sea and air.
* Work in conjunction with the carrier, warehouse operations and transport teams to compile and ensure the timely and accurate
suite of reports for the customer on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Manage carrier freight movements in conjunction with the contractual SLAs and accurately report on the carrier’s performance
against those SLAs.
* Ensure compliance according to local and customs regulations/requirements.
* Identify and resolve any breach of export compliance and escalate where appropriate to Outbound Transport Manager.
* Support inbound and outbound transportation activity on-site as required, and process shipments to ensure that the expected
delivery or collection is completed as planned.

About You

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this
role!

* Advanced Excel ability is a must have.
* Great communication skills – verbal, aural, and written.
* Good IT skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
* Able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes and requests.
* Willingness to learn about new technologies and processes.
* Attention to detail and accuracy

We are very open to flexible working patterns and part time hours - please let us know what your preference is when you apply and
we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our recruitment and selection process has been developed to ensure that it is consistent, fair and provides equality of
opportunity - all selection decisions are based solely on technical and behavioural competencies. We do not discriminate on the
grounds of race, colour, or nationality, ethnic or national origins, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital or
civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, disability, religion or belief, age or any other current or future protected
characteristic as defined in the current Equality Act of England and Wales.

As an organisation we also promote an environment which encourages diversity of characteristics and thought, where you feel
included, safe and confident to be the best version of yourself and do your best work every day.
