We are looking to recruit an organised and supportive individual with a passion for improving mental health and wellbeing, strong administrative skills, with a can-do positive approach, ideally with experience of leading a team, to coordinate Derbyshire Mind's Crisis Support Drop-In Service!

Hours - Part time: 15 hours per week.

Working Pattern - Hours typically include working Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. eg: Tuesday 1030am to 2.30pm, Thursday 12.30 to 430pm, Friday 1pm to 6pm, Saturday 4pm to 6pm.(Times may be tweaked to suit the right applicant please discuss at application/interview)

Contract - Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave, expected 6 to 9 months duration, flexibility sought.

Pay Progression - Following successful completion of Probationary Period salary rises to pro rata actual salary £10,024.49 based on role hours.

Main duties of the job
Derbyshire Mind's Crisis Support Drop-In Services are friendly and supportive non-clinical crisis services for adults who self-define as needing immediate help with their mental health or emotional wellbeing. Located in Buxton, Ripley and Swadlincote, the services offer out-of-hours mental health help, support and signposting in a relaxed and comfortable community environment. The services are open on Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, all year round.

Job Purpose - The purpose of this post is to be a key member of staff of the service, by coordinating all aspects of local service delivery, including line managing staff and volunteers, developing efficient systems and processes, and ensuring the service is delivered reliably and effectively.
