Summary


Hull and East Riding - Band 6 Senior Nurse for Treatment Rooms - 1 Part Time post Available at 30 hours per week over 4 days and 1 full time post.

An exciting opportunity to join the team working as a case manager for a treatment room caseload of patients. The post holder will lead care in a geographical cluster. This post holder will provide care to patients accessing treatment room care, the lower limb pathway, lymphoedema. The post holder will deliver care in a treatment room setting and in patients own homes as required. The service will cover care in both Hull and ER and the ability to commute across the patch is essential. The service will operate 7 days per week and between the hours of 8am to 6pm .

You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. The successful applicant will require excellent communication skills, be motivated and adaptable in their approach to care delivery to ensure that high quality care is maintained for the patient population.
