Job Details
- Taking on a portfolio of change projects that support a busy Contact Centre, to translate great ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and our company
- Working creatively to solve problems in partnership with frontline colleagues, specialists and the wider Retail Operations/Hastings Direct team
- Championing a whole systems thinking approach that ensures each change considers processes across the whole customer journey, so that change is implemented well, with lasting results
- Defining robust plans to implement each change, ensuring each project has clear outcomes, timelines and can be embedded whilst the contact centre manages day to day customer calls, as well as providing program level status reporting for all project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of Delivery Executives
- Conducting cost-benefit analysis for each project, ensuring business cases are robust and supporting the Head of Operations Support and other delivery manages to define a common approach to change delivery in Retail Operations
Skills we would love you to have
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully, including changes made across operational areas, liaising with IT and general processes
- Have a genuine passion for making things better for frontline colleagues AND our customers
- Knowledge of Operational and Risk Management principles/practices would be nice to have too!

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
