Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Duties:
- Create and maintain schedules for engineers and resources
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
-Liaise and build a rapport with customers & Sub-contractors via phone and email
- Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with supervisors to assign tasks and manage workloads
- Track and report on project progress
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- First point of contact for the company through phone & email
- Holiday / sickness cover for other departments
- General ad-hoc office duties
Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in scheduling or a related field preferred
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments
- Geographical knowledge would be advantageous
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
