Summary
Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of experienced Production Machine Operators to join our clients manufacturing site based in Caerphilly (Bedwas).
Immediate starts are available for the right candidate.
Hours of work:
These roles are following a 3 shift rotational pattern consisting of days, nights & afternoons.
- Days - 06:00am - 14:00pm
- Nights - 22:00pm - 06:00am
- Afternoons - 14:00pm - 22:00pm
Duties will include:
- Operate a range of production machinery / equipment
- Load / unload raw material to and from a CNC Machine
- Work to production KPI's / targets within a manufacturing setting
- Complete defined quality checks in process with gauge checks
- Visual inspection of finished product ensuring company standards are met and adhered to
- Complete production paperwork as required.
- Understand basic quality requirements and business expectations for your process
The desired candidates will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role would be essential
- Experience of operating production machinery / equipment
- Knowledgeable of health & safety procedures / practises within a manufacturing environment.
