Free car parking is available. We also have an office in Central London Soho, but this role is based in our headquarters at Winnersh Triangle with occasional travel to the London office.

This Manager role will report into our Director in the Outsourcing - Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Team with 3 or more direct reports. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. If you're ambitious individual with a great attitude and ready for a new challenge we're looking for a Manager to help us take our rapidly growing Outsourcing - Infrastructure & Renewable Energy team to the next level. Your responsibilities will include:
o Managing the financial outsourcing for a portfolio of clients, including but not limited to bookkeeping, VAT returns (with partial exemption) and management accounts in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
o Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and year end deliverables are completed to a high-quality standard and deadlines are met.
o Leading and developing a team of direct reports, including managing performance, setting goals and ongoing training.
o Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested. To be successful in this Manager, Outsourcing - Infrastructure & Renewable Energy role If you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we can help you grow and develop:
o A professionally qualified accountant, ideally 3 years post qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
o Experience managing and leading a team of 3 or more including one to ones and goal setting.
o Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals including production of statutory accounts under FRS 102 and IFRS, consolidations, inter-company transactions and impairments.
o Strong Word and Excel skills.
o Experience of using Xero and CCH are nice to have.
o Excellent planner/organiser with good decision-making skills and happy to help.
