Summary
About the role
We are looking to recruit a hands-on Service Manager with strong leadership skills to control and run our busy Garngoch Service department.
Key to the role is the ability to continuously improve service delivery within the department, and maintain excellent customer service levels, be customer focused increasing service sales and have attention to detail.
About you
You will be responsible for controlling work flow, improving productivity, efficiency and service staff performance and profit, manage the day-to-day department activities, being commercially competent and have excellent communication skills.
