RECEPTIONIST / CARETAKER required for Nursery in Stamford area, N16
Previous experience in this role essential, Enhanced DBS and legibility to work/live in UK
Reception Duties First point contact for all visitors to Nursery. Monitor to access to Nursery. Clerical work within the office includes Filing and Manual administrative systems, photocopying, dealing with mail. This also includes dealing with various aspects of monitoring children.
CARETAKING
Test alarms, check window, doors and lighting are operational.
Monitor repairs that need to done and book contractors required.
Help maintain the gardens.
Job requires a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, tact and discretion when giving or receiving information
