Responsibilities:
Packing light weight products, and palletising.
Operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery exclusive to the UK proficiently and safely to produce top-tier floor underlay materials.
Engage in tasks such as manual handling, warehouse work, packing, and the processing of recycled materials.
Comply with stringent time schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory.
Join their collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as required without being asked.

A genuine eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery.
Willingness to take initiative and lend a helping hand to other departments when necessary.
A proven record of working days and nights.

Our client's factory operates on 12-hour shifts, alternating between nights (6pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday morning) and days (6am - 6pm Monday to Thursday).
The rate of pay is £12 per hour, you get paid the premium night rate for days as well.
Daytime breaks are paid for when permanent.
Opportunity for overtime when available.
