Summary
Our client, a leading manufacturer supplying furniture retailers in the UK, is searching for new Production Operatives to join their team. They operate a 4-day working week, meaning a 3 day weekend.
The hours of work are 39 hours a week.
The majority of the roles will be 7am - 5.15pm.
Some roles will require a 6am start, finishing at 4.15pm.
Manual handling will be a requirement in every role you could be asked to do. Roles can include but are not exclusive to:
Efficiently source and transport materials, paying attention to stock tracking.
Facilitate the movement of parts and partially completed products between departments.
Collaborate with assemblers/upholsterers to maintain quality standards.
Contribute to dispatch operations and perform warehouse duties as required.
Key Requirements:
Adapt to a busy production environment.
Work independently and manage task prioritisation.
A positive can-do attitude.
Flexible availability from Monday through Thursday.
This is an ongoing opportunity with no specified end date.

Experience:
Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)
Warehouse / Production: 1 year (preferred)
