Essential requirements of the Nursery Practitioner position
· Level 3 or above in Childcare
· Experience working with children 3 months to 5 years.
· Understanding of the EYFS Framework
· Experience of planning, observing and carrying out exciting activities
· Understanding of the Key Person role.
Essential Attributes
· Passion for working with children.
· Outgoing nature
· Creative
· Confident Team player
· Level 3 or level 2 qualified
Successful candidates will have gained these benefits:
· Full training. For example, Safeguarding, FGM and Prevent Duty.
· Planning in the moment with reduced paperwork with the new framework in mind.
