Polytec are looking for an Electronic Assembler for our client based just outside Cambridge.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble electronic components and products according to specifications
* Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
* Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks
* Perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly
* Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure functionality
* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Requirements:
* Previous experience in electronic assembly
* Knowledge of electrical components and circuits
* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes
* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
* Proficient in assembling electronic components using hand tools and power tools
* Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly techniques
