Job Title: Commercial Administrator
Salary: Market Rate
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
Contract: Temporary, initially for 6 months
Your role:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Commercial Administrator to support our fast-paced Commercial
department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that aid in the smooth operation of the
commercial activities within our pallet manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and the commercial team.
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of commercial documents.
* Maintain accurate records and databases with client information, pricing structures, etc.
* Handle correspondence with customers and internal departments.
* Support the sales process by generating reports, monitoring sales targets, and supporting with updating sales forecasts.
* Assist in the creation and presentation of regular reports on commercial activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A team player with high level of dedication.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial business setting.
* Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis.
* A background in commercial or sales administration.
Education:
* A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
* Business Administration or relevant field certifications are a plus.
