Summary


This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, innovative and friendly team dedicated to improving our ward based clinical pharmacy services as well as acting as a specialist anticoagulation pharmacist.



This is a senior position within the clinical pharmacy services team. In this key post you will be working as part of an established multidisciplinary team and be responsible for providing a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to our wards and outpatient clinics and promoting the anticoagulation service, including working closely with the haematology team.
