Summary
QHSE Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a QHSE Coordinator to join our team based near Udny in Aberdeenshire. We are currently certified to ISO 9001 and recently gained ISO 45001 certification. We are looking for an individual with experience in both management systems with a view to adding ISO 14001 at some stage in near future.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Carry out customer site visits as well as monitoring the company sites in all matters relating to QHSE.
Administration and upkeep of the relevant management systems and related documentation.
To support delivery of QHSE strategic objectives and initiatives targeted at continual QHSE improvement.
To support the business to manage effectively QHSE matters and to be capable of taking appropriate and timely corrective action when required.
To carry out QHSE management system audits, to be completed to an agreed schedule, in order to identify nonconformance and advise upon corrective actions.
To carry out accident and incident investigations (as directed) and produce reports with recommendations in conjunction with management to facilitate corrective and preventative action.
A flexible and positive approach and the ability to adapt to any other situations within the company, where required.
Desirable Qualities
· Lead auditor or internal auditor training.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
· NEBOSH General Certificate an advantage.
