Summary
Assistant Centre Manager Required in Eastbourne for a National Fast Fit Centre
- Basic salary: Up to £26,000, £28,500 OTE
- Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (Day off during the week)
- Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2)
Assistant Centre Manager required for our client’s Eastbourne fast-fit branch. Our Client is a multi-site fast-fit garage, seeking an Assistant Centre Manager. This role would suit individuals with an interest in working within a fast-fit garage environment and are trustworthy, principled and self-motivated with previous experience of managing a garage.

Duties of an Assistant Centre Manager with our Client
- Deliver the very best customer service
- Ensure the highest level of professionalism when dealing with customers
- Ensure a high standard of branch management and operation
- Consistent monitoring and review of business results for both retail and account customers
- Minimise debt risk to the business by maintaining account debts and ensuring they fall within the agreed limits
- Regular review of business performance to ensure targets are met

- Experience with a similar role
- A strong understanding of car technology
- The ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Desire and ability to coach and mentor a team
