Summary


We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Team Lead Administrator in the CAMHS Mental Health Support Team Slough. The position is 37.5 hours per week, and we are looking for a candidate who can support the team Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 17.00.

The Bracknell Mental Health Support Team is a new early intervention CAMHS service in it’s first year of development. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, independent thinking and innovative.
• You will support the effective operation of the Mental Health Support Service (MHST). This includes providing the required support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service. This is a key role within a developing service and the job requires a high degree of flexibility in response to workload agendas.
• You will be expected to act on your own initiative daily to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising the workload as required.
• You will liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
