Position Overview:
As a General Supply Qualified Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary schools in London, covering short-term absences, long-term placements, and day-to-day assignments. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different educational settings while receiving a guaranteed pay scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including behavior management strategies and safeguarding protocols.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers to support the overall learning community.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessment to support student progress and achievement.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners and ensure inclusivity for all students.
- Complete administrative tasks as required, such as lesson planning, attendance records, and reporting.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in primary schools and a good understanding of the national curriculum.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in different school environments and situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo this process).
- Availability to start ASAP and commit to flexible working hours.
