Summary


We are looking for multiple Registered Nurses to join our friendly Terling Ward, caring for patients with respiratory conditions, on a permanent full-time basis at Broomfield Hospital!

You will report primarily to the Senior Sister, Junior Sisters and work closely with the Health Care Assistants to promote, develop and maintain a culture within the Ward/Department in collaboration with the Charge Nurse which challenges and questions practice and promotes the quality of thinking amongst practitioners.

The role includes acting as a Practice Supervisor/Assessor ensuring that staff and students receive effective and documented induction, coaching, development and support.

The Trust aims towards maintaining the goodwill and confidence of its own staff and of the general public. To assist in achieving this objective, it is essential that at all times, employees carry out their duties in a courteous and sympathetic manner.

Providing direct patient care: assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patients' conditions. Providing a high standard of individualised care to patients, whilst maintaining at all times their privacy and dignity
