Summary
Multi Trade Operative
Location: Basingstoke office - Site based around the Berkshire area- typically working 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

You will work on Planned refurbishment works within Social Housing properties. Tenanted properties in the main with occasional voids. The works will be Multi Trade with a strong bias towards Joinery ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will include Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments, with some plumbing, tiling and patch plastering meaning your days will be varied and interesting.
You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing your own career.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, you must have Joinery experience, working on all aspects of joinery including; instillations of Kitchens and bathrooms.
Experienced Multi Trade to carry out plumbing and carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and floor laying.
Working in mainly void properties bringing them back to a liveable standard, including general maintenance works.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
Full UK driving license is required.
The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
About You
Ideally you will possess a joinery qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
